What are the different representations of Bad Omen?
What is an ‘omen’? It is a sign of the things to come. When something ‘bad’ happens why is it a bad omen? How can a small incident foretell something bad that is about to happen?
Truth is, it doesn’t. But people have seen patterns, because most likely those things happen because of spirits in the house, so chances are high that those things just happen as a prelude to a whole lot of other ‘bad’ things. So yeah – sometimes they can be just accidents. Other times they can be a sign that there are spirits in the house. So if you suspect anything, just do daily evening/ night agnihotra for a few days and everything will be OK.
Things like black cats crossing the path being unlucky – cats are drawn to negative energy, so being near a cat could imply that you are passing through a negative energy zone, of course things will then go wrong. But if you have a black cat for a pet, it’s going to cross your path 10 times everyday and nothing bad will happen. Mirrors breaking, glass breaking, important things getting lost, repetitive elextrical/ plumbing issues, etc, all are potential signs of a mischevious spirit in the house trying to mess with you.
