Food for Body, Mind & Soul
Many of you who have participated in our classes, would remember that we stress on the importance of food. Food is not just something that we eat to satisfy cravings or get energy. Every cell in our body comes -literally- from the food we eat. It is the molecules on our plate that eventually settle in some corner of our body. What vibrations these molecules carry is a matter of supreme significance. If we could, the best thing would be to grow, pluck and cook our food ourselves. The least we can do, is Reiki our food.

Good bacteria in our intestines play a very important role in maintaining our health and ensuring proper digestion. Antibiotics play havoc with this delicate balance, as do preservatives in processed foods. Reiki, yoga and meditation ofcourse, help the body remain in balance.
Ayurvedic eating is a wonderful option for those willing to take their dedication to health a step further. It is essential to eat locally grown vegetables and grains, as much as possible. In this article I have outlined several things we can do to make our meals more healthy.
